Booking & Payment

To request a booking, guests submit an inquiry form via our website. After checking availability, we send a personalised offer with full tour details.

A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required after availability is confirmed in order to secure the reservation.

Once the deposit is received, the booking is considered confirmed.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date.

Cancellation & Date Changes

All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.

If a guest is unable to attend the tour, the paid amount can be transferred to another tour date within 12 months, subject to availability.

Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Date changes are subject to tour availability and must be requested in writing.

Tour Participation

This is a guided motorcycle tour designed for experienced riders. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate riding skills, valid driving licences, and insurance.

The tour leader reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances, always with the goal of ensuring the best possible experience.

Motorcycle Rental

Guests may participate in the tour:

• With their own motorcycle, or

• By renting a motorcycle through our trusted partner Desmo Adventure Motorcycle Rental.

Motorcycle rental can be arranged by us upon request, or booked directly by the guest via a dedicated rental link.

Rental terms, availability, insurance and liability are governed by the rental provider.

Most participants prefer to ride with their own personal motorcycle gear.

However, for guests who are traveling without equipment, protective riding gear can be arranged together with motorcycle rental, subject to availability and confirmation with our rental partner.

Please note that availability, sizing and rental conditions for riding gear are managed directly by the rental provider.

Accommodation & Meals

The tour includes single base accommodation for the duration of the tour.

• Breakfast is served daily at the house.

• Dinner is included and taken à la carte at a nearby restaurant. One beverage is included.

• Lunch is not included and is chosen individually by guests during daily rides, according to personal preference.

Luggage Transport

Luggage transport is provided on arrival and departure days (Split – Gradac – Split).

The tour is single-base, with no daily packing or luggage transfers.

Liability

Guests participate in the tour at their own risk. The organiser cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal belongings, or mechanical failures.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
